> **Day6** (데이식스) is a South Korean Boy Group that debuted in 2015. They consist of 4 members: Sungjin, Dowoon, Wonpil and Young K. 

They are the 12th most streamed artist in Korea. 

The group was originally supposed to be a five-member act named "5LIVE," but eventually debuted as a six-member group and thus changed their name to "Day6." However, only a few months after debut, Junhyeok departed the group, and they went back to being only five members.

A major difference for Day6 is that they are self-produced, with all members actively participating in different parts of the production, making them considered more a rock band than a traditional idol group. Because of the members' abilities in production, they have also worked in composing and producing for other acts
