> **Fromis 9** (프로미스나인) is a South Korean Girl Group that debuted in 2018. They consist of 5 members: Chaeyoung, Hayoung, Jiheon, Jiwon and Nagyung.

Formed through the Mnet reality survival show 'Idol School', the group gained initial visibility through pre-debut singles and reality broadcasting.

Throughout their career, the group encountered a unique series of operational and industry obstacles. The group underwent multiple management transfers across their career, shifting from Stone Music Entertainment and Off The Record Entertainment to Pledis Entertainment, and finally ASND Entertainment. A significant disruption occurred following the 2019 Mnet voting manipulation investigation, which revealed that final rankings on Idol School had been altered by production staff, bringing public scrutiny and temporary promotional halts to the group's activities.

At the end of 2024, all members left Pledis Entertainment as per their own agreement. Saerom, Jisun and Seoyeon did not join ASND, thus not returning to the group after they left Pledis.
