Multinational girl group formed under "INNIT Entertainment", an independent subsidiary label of "JYP Entertainment". The group was structured with a diverse roster consisting of three South Korean members (Cho Hyejin, Kuk Chorok, Shin Hyewon), two Japanese members (U, Kilala), one Taiwanese member (Baby), and one Thai member (Achiraya).

Prior to their official debut, the group built momentum through a staged two-part rollout. In July 2026, members Cho Hyejin, Baby, and Achiraya were introduced as the first sub-unit through the pre-debut track "HUNGRY (Side A)". Shortly after, the remaining four members Kuk Chorok, Shin Hyewon, U, and Kilala were presented through "HUNGRY (Side B)".
