> **Yuri** (유리) is a South Korean Female Soloist and Idol who debuted solo in 2018. She  started in group Girls' Generation. 

Yuri developed an early interest in acting and performance. She joined SM Entertainment in 2001 after securing second place at the SM Youth Best Contest. 

During her pre-debut years, she gained early exposure by appearing in TVXQ's "Beautiful Life" music video and various commercials. 

As a lead dancer and sub-vocalist in Girls' Generation, Yuri was recognized for her captivating stage presence and was often associated with a "black pearl" image. 

After the group members began focusing on individual pursuits, Yuri expanded her career significantly in acting, taking on roles in numerous dramas and films, while also releasing solo music. She has remained with SM Entertainment.

She also started an Youtube channel with diverse programs encompassing cooking, home training, hiking and other interests, often with guests. Initially a personal activity, eventually SM Entertainment got involved specially on the "Favorable Table" cooking survivals she produced.
