> **ablume** (어블룸) is a South Korean Girl Group that debuted in 2025. They consist of 3 members: Saena, Aran and Sio. 

While in Fifty Fifty, the members were manipulated by an external management company, The Givers, led by An Sung Il, to sue their agency, ATTRAKT, for breach of contract, mismanagement, and mistreatment. During this time, An Sung Il attempted to forge exclusive contracts with other major companies, including Warner Music Korea, in a clear effort to poach the group. ATTRAKT countersued, and most other companies involved withdrew from the situation, but An Sung Il continued pressuring the members to sever ties with ATTRAKT.

Only Keena eventually realized she had been deceived, especially after it emerged that An Sung Il had forged her signature and reduced her share of royalties from the group’s hit song "Cupid", redistributing those shares among staff at The Givers. The remaining members persisted in their lawsuit against ATTRAKT, seemingly unaware of the extent of the manipulation. Despite having grounds to enforce their exclusive contracts and bench them, ATTRAKT chose instead to release the members as an act of good faith.

Afterward, the three former members personally requested An Sung Il to be their manager under the new group Ablume. They have not expressed remorse for the damage caused by the dispute.

On the day of Ablume's debut, Keena — the only original member to return to ATTRAKT and speak out about the manipulation — reportedly suffered a severe PTSD episode after months of emotional strain.

Despite the real talent the girls show, all these teenager drama caused severe damage to their image as well ripples across the whole music industry about how to handle impressionable young people with no life experience that are easy to manipulate. A similar event would further deteriorate trust in industry managers with the whole NewJeans scandal.
