> **Davichi** (다비치) is a South Korean Girl Group that debuted in 2008. They consist of 2 members: Kang Minkyung and Lee Haeri. 

They are the 11th most streamed artist in Korea. 

They always wanted to debut as a duet, but their company at the time wanted Kang Minkyung to debut as a member of T-ara, while Lee Haeri would eventually be cast with another partner. This idea was based on the fact that Minkyung singing abilities were not yet to par with Haeri.

Eventually, since both were keen to debut together, and Minkyung dancing skills were not considered up to par for an Idol-group, the company changed their mind and they debutted together.

In the age of Idol-groups which followed, Davichi managed to snatch multiple number one spots at the charts from the Idols, and despite not having the typical "Fan-service" of Idol-groups, Minkyung well managed social media presence and her chemestry with Haeri greatly contributed to the formation and maintenance of their fandom.
