S.Coups (에스쿱스) is a South Korean Male Artist. He started in group Seventeen.
Born on August 8, 1995, in Daegu, South Korea, where he grew up as the youngest of two brothers and practiced Taekwondo for seven years, eventually earning a black belt. He was scouted by Pledis Entertainment in 2009 while avoiding a teacher at school and subsequently became the trainee with the longest preparation period in Seventeen, spanning six years. During his pre-debut years, he was part of the "Tempest" project alongside members of NU'EST and was a prominent fixture in Seventeen TV from its second season.
He officially debuted as the overall leader of Seventeen and the leader of the Hip-hop unit on May 26, 2015, having transitioned from his initial training as a singer to a rapper.
