The8 (디에잇) is a South Korean Male Soloist and Idol(Born in China). He started in group Seventeen.

Born in Haicheng, China, he spent his childhood practicing martial arts and breakdancing, eventually leading a b-boying crew. He was the last member to join Seventeen in 2014 after being scouted while attending a dance class in China, which resulted in a very short training period of about a year. Despite the limited time to learn Korean, he quickly adapted and appeared in the final seasons of Seventeen TV and the Seventeen Project mission. He debuted as a member of the Performance unit, specializing in acrobatic dance moves and contemporary performance.
