한 UNCHILD

UNCHILD (언차일드) is a South Korean Girl Group that debuted in 2026. They consist of 6 members: Heekie, Ako, Evon, Haeun, Tina and Yeeun.

UNCHILD arose from High Up Entertainment's search for a second girl group after STAYC, a project that took shape through global auditions reported in early 2025 and the gradual assembly of a multinational lineup. The agency drew attention when Park Yeeun — a former contestant on "I-LAND 2: N/α" — joined its trainee roster, followed months later by the announcement that Na Haeun, a child dancer and YouTuber with a substantial following, had signed after leaving SM Entertainment. The final six-member configuration brought together Korean, Japanese, and Chinese members.

The group's identity was teased through a series of unconventional previews that played with language, flipping familiar words like "APPLE," "FROG," and "COMFORTABLE" by attaching the prefix "UN-" . This linguistic playfulness reflected the name itself, a mix of "UN" and "CHILD" that signaled a rejection of fixed standards and a preference for individuality over conformity.
