Carmen
Carmen (카르멘) is a South Korean Female Artist(Born in Indonesia). She started in group Hearts2Hearts.
Carmen was initially inspired to become a singer because her parents were musicians. However, after watching a performance of Girls' Generation's "The Boys" on television, she fell in love with K-Pop, believing it was much nicer to dance and sing.
She secretly auditioned for SM Entertainment online using Zoom in 2022 and only told her parents after she qualified for an in-person audition in Jakarta. Her parents were initially against her moving to Korea so young, but with the help of her older sister, she managed to persuade them.
She only trained for about two years, including intense language lessons to learn Korean, before her debut.
