한 Mingyu

Mingyu (민규) is a South Korean Male Artist. He started in group Seventeen.

Born in Anyang, South Korea, he was active in sports like soccer and basketball during his school years famous for his height. He was scouted by Pledis in middle school in 2011 while walking home and famously sang the national anthem for his audition while wearing flip-flops. He trained for four years, appearing in Seventeen TV and several music videos for Pledis artists, where he gained early recognition for his height and visual appeal. He debuted as a lead rapper in the Hip-hop unit, also becoming known for his diverse skills in cooking, cleaning, and art within the group.
