한 Hoshi

Hoshi (호시) is a South Korean Male Artist. He started in group Seventeen.

Born in Namyangju, South Korea, he developed a passion for Taekwondo as a child, reaching a 4th-dan black belt. He was scouted after winning a dance competition in middle school and joined Pledis in 2011, training for nearly four years while documenting his journey on Seventeen TV. His stage name, meaning "tiger’s gaze" in Korean and "star" in Japanese, reflects his dual nature as a charismatic performer and an energetic personality. He debuted as the leader of the Performance unit and the group’s primary choreographer, having created many of the routines used in their early releases.
