Taemin (태민) is a South Korean Male Soloist and Idol who debuted solo in 2014. He started in group SHINee.

Inspired by seeing street dance performances during elementary school, Taemin audited for the agency at a very young age, passing the open audition on his first attempt due to his extraordinary natural rhythm. Joining the trainee system while still in middle school, he practiced relentlessly, often remaining in the practice rooms until late at night. During his trainee years, he navigated severe vocal changes during puberty without formal vocal lessons, focusing heavily on perfecting his intricate dance mechanics. His dedicated work ethic allowed him to stand out as the youngest member and main dancer of SHINee.
