He passed away in 2025.He have 4 songs among the most popular in Korea.He had a drug use problem and was found uncouncious multiple times after using drugs. In 2021 he was trialed for propofol use, to which he pleaded guilty and received a sentence of one year in prison. In March 2025, he was found dead in his home to apparent cardiac arrest.
