한 Members of RIIZE

RIIZE (라이즈) is a South Korean Boy Group that debuted in 2023. They consist of 6 members: Anton, Eunseok, Shotaro, Sohee, Sungchan and Wonbin.

They have 2 songs among the most popular in Korea.

Formed by SM Entertainment, RIIZE was assembled through a combination of high-profile pre-debut exposure, agency trainee evaluations, and structural changes within SM's roster. Prior to the group's formation, Shotaro and Sungchan were publicly introduced as members of NCT in 2020, actively promoting with the unit before being reassigned to the new project. Eunseok and Seunghan gained national visibility as featured members of SM Rookies, participating in agency showcases and broadcast appearances. Alongside them, Wonbin was recognized internally for his guitar composition and dance skill, Sohee for his wide vocal range, and Anton — son of renowned musician and producer Yunsang — for his background in cello performance and music production. Following Seunghan's temporary hiatus shortly after debut and subsequent official departure in late 2024, the group stabilized its permanent six-member structure.

During their developmental period, the trainees focused on mastering "Emotional Pop", an artistic direction designed to express real life emotions through music and performance. Their pre-debut preparations involved building a performance style characterized by dynamic physical intensity and intricate movement mechanics. Rather than relying solely on the established public familiarity of former NCT members, the agency established a balanced team dynamic. This preparation enabled RIIZE to achieve chart success and critical traction upon debut, establishing themselves as a leading force among boy groups.
