ILLIT (아일릿) is a South Korean Girl Group that debuted in 2024. They consist of 5 members: Yunah, Iroha, Minju, Moka and Wonhee.

The group was formed from the finalists of the survival show "R U Next?", created through a partnership between JTBC and BELIFT LAB. The original lineup consisted of six finalists, but Youngseo departed before the official debut.
Thanks to the pre-debut hype and effective production, their debut song "Magnetic" earned its first music show award only 8 days after release. It also achieved an All-Kill on Korean music charts, a rare feat for a debut track.
The group's rise was marked by a highly publicized legal dispute between their company (and parent company HYBE) and Min Heejin (the CEO of ADOR, another subsidiary of HYBE). She accused ILLIT of plagiarism and preferential treatment by HYBE. Despite the controversy, the group continued their activities and gained momentum. The claims made by Min Heejin caused BELIFT LAB to file a defamation lawsuit against Min Heejin not only for the plagiarism claim, but also interference with their business operations.
