2NE1 (투애니원) was a South Korean Girl Group that debuted in 2009. They retired in 2017 with a 3 artist final line-up.

Before their official debut, the group generated buzz with their collaboration with labelmate BIGBANG on the promotional single "Lollipop" in March 2009 for an LG phone. Though not an official debut track, it topped charts and showcased their unique charisma. Their official debut came two months later.
In 2014 the group entered a period of hiatus. Minzy officially departed from the group in April 2016, and YG Entertainment announced 2NE1's official disbandment in November 2016, releasing their final single, "Goodbye," in January 2017.
Despite not releasing new music, in 2024, 2NE1 officially announced a reunion and embarked on the "Welcome Back Tour", selling out shows
