한 I-dle

I-dle (아이들) is a South Korean Girl Group that debuted in 2018. They consist of 5 members: Jeon Soyeon, Minnie, Miyeon, Shuhua and Yuqi.

They hold the 11th most Music Show Awards among all artists in Korea. They are the 16th most streamed artist in Korea.

Originally 6 members, Soojin was kicked out of the group when rumors of highschool bully surfaced. Although the accusations were quickly dismissed, Cube Ent. still terminated her contract. She would go on to sue the accusers, but ultimately decided to drop the charges because it would be a prolongued battle with little gain. She managed to successfuly return to the industry with a solo career.

The group was originally called "(G)I-dle" (supposedly "Girl Idols"), but in 2025 they decided to drop the "(G)" since in Korea they were known (and presented themselves) always as only "i-dle".
